We want to educate you as the athlete in order for you to understand the β€œwhy” behind all your training and our techniques.

Matrix Multisport believes that a holistic approach towards training ensures that the athlete can achieve their goal in a state of balance. We approach our athletes by first planning, then personalising coaching programs and this ensures that each athlete is reaching their goals and performing.

We are a Multisport coaching academy that is passionate about people. Our focus is purely on you as the athlete. We pride ourselves in offering highly individualised training programs that are structured according to each athletes lifestyle. We believe in balance, the benefit of exercise, goal setting and achievement in leading a more fulfilling and wholesome life.

Weekly personalized programme updates via Training Peaks to ensure maximum accountability and consistency. Your programme is built each week with your goals and lifestyle in mind. Unlimited communication and programme adjustments as and when need be.

In depth analysis with the performance manage chart (PMC) via Training Peaks. The PMC allows us to track your progression, fitness and fatigue levels to ensure that you are ready when race day arrives.
